NCCMC Board and Staff

Lyle Anderson

President, NCCMC Board
Lyle has been in the technology and media businesses for over thirty years. He recently was the principal photographer for The Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow, an illustrated historical book about the oldest church in New York state. Previously Lyle was the Chief Information Officer of News Corporation/TV Guide and was responsible for all aspects of the use of technology there. He was instrumental in the creation of tvguide.com, one of the highest trafficked websites in the U.S. Lyle’s video and web productions have received several national awards from the ACM and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Lyle is also an licensed commercial drone pilot with fifteen years flying drones for photography, video and search and rescue.

John Buckley

Member, NCCMC Board, Town Appointee
John continues to serve our community with his Board position with NCCMC. John represented the residents of New Castle as an elected member of the Town Board for ten years, served as the President of Chappaqua’s Rotary Club for two terms, orchestrated Chappaqua’s “Community Day,” coached baseball, basketball, soccer teams, continues to serve the community as an “Active” firefighter, and recently was elected to serve as a Commissioner of the New Castle Fire District. John works as a realtor in Chappaqua representing residents selling properties as well as those wishing to move into our community.

Rob Deary

Member, NCCMC Board, Town Appointee
Robert Deary has worked for the Town of New Castle since 2007, serving as the Town’s Comptroller since 2011 as well as the Deputy Town Administrator since 2015. In addition to the NCCMC Board of Directors, Robert serves on the Executive Board of Directors for MEBCO, the Town’s health care consortium. As an avid soccer fan, Robert is an active participant in the Hyde Park Soccer league as a board member, player, coach and referee.  Robert lives in the Town of Beekman with his girlfriend, two children and two step children.

Ronni Diamondstein

Secretary, NCCMC Board, Chair, Publicity Committee
Ronni Diamondstein is a freelance writer, award-winning photographer, Public Relations consultant and former School Library Media Specialist and teacher. In addition to serving on the NCCMC Board she is a Chappaqua Library Board Trustee and the Program Director of the League of Women Voters of New Castle. For several years Ronni worked in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and lived in a building called “The Pencil,” the perfect place for a writer. She has lived in Chappaqua since 1997 and is well known for her dog, Maggie Mae Pup Reporter.

Linda Kallner

Member, NCCMC Board, School Appointee, Chair, Programming Committee
Linda is founder and co-owner of Get Reel Productions.  She established Get Reel Productions in 2011 with the goal of offering professional broadcast experience to clients who were in need of creating custom corporate films.   As a former television news producer Linda’s talent to gather the facts and turn them into compelling short films turned her dream of creating such work for clients into a business.  Linda has been involved with NCCMC since it’s beginning in the late 90’s as a producer, on-air talent, and interviewer.

Wendy Nolan

Vice-President, NCCMC Board
Wendy Nolan is a resident of Chappaqua for 34 years and a Real Estate Professional for over 20 years. Deeply rooted in the Chappaqua Community, Wendy is a member of Lawrence Farms East Associate and Friends of the Chappaqua Library Board. She is a past member of the PTA, New Castle Historical Society, Chappaqua House Tour Committee and Chappaqua Rotary Club. She is a charter member of New Castle Community Media Center Board and currently serves as Vice President.

Pam Thornton

Treasurer, NCCMC Board, School Appointee
Pamela Thornton, Director of the Chappaqua Library since 2007.  Librarian with over 37 years experience in information and technology.  Chair of the Board for the Westchester Institute for Human Development. Interests include travel and quilting.

Christine Daly Allendorf

Member, NCCMC Board
Chris is an attorney, mediator, and advocate for digital diplomacy. Chris is currently a Project Developer at the New York Peace Institute where she has created a program for facilitated dialogue between high conflict couples. Chris also teaches the advanced mediation apprenticeship at NYPI and she regularly mediates youth-involved conflicts, family conflicts, and special education disputes. Additionally, Chris uses her conflict resolution skills as a lecturer and trainer on digital literacy and diplomacy in social media and online interactions. Chris has lived in Chappaqua since 2010 with her husband and two spirited children.
